Reserve Flight Time

Please note the following information before booking time:

  1. All reservations are subject to cancellation due to poor weather or aircraft maintenance.
     
  2. Charges are determined from the actual Hobbs meter reading or, if inoperative, 1.2 times the aircraft tachometer reading.
     
  3. For Monday through Friday Rentals: For every 3 hours away from base during business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm), the minimum charge is one hour.
     
  4. For Saturday and Sunday Rentals: For every 2.25 hours away from base during business hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm), the minimum charge is one hour.

For example, if you take the aircraft at 4:30PM on Monday and return the next day at 10:30 am, you will be billed for the greater of a) actual Hobbs time or b) a minimum of 1 hour (since the plane was away from base a total of 3 business hours). So even if you only flew it 20 minutes, you would owe 1 hour.
